What is a R.E.A.L. Falcon?

At Dacula Middle School, we aim to meet the needs of our students beyond academics.  We want them to be productive citizens who make positive contributions to society.  It is our expectation that our Falcons are R.E.A.L. At all times, they are encouraged to be Respectful Engaged Accountable Leaders.  With our PBIS matrix as an anchor of behavioral expectations, students have a clear understanding of what it means to be a R.E.A.L. Falcon.
