Connections Course Interest: Rising 7th & 8th Graders

It’s time to start planning for the 2026-2027 school year!

We want our students to have a voice in their learning journey. This page is designed for our current 6th graders (rising 7th) and current 7th graders (rising 8th) to share their preferences for Connections courses.

While we cannot guarantee every choice due to scheduling, your input is the primary tool we use to build a schedule that reflects the interests of our student body.

Some courses are open to all students while others are only open to those students that qualified based on their first semester course averages.

Qualification letters and ParentSquare message were sent home on Monday, March 2nd for those specific courses if they qualified.

All of these courses require a year-long commitment (except where noted).

Please note: Student schedules and class placements will not finalized until August 2026 and are based on availability. Completing these forms is to express interest in the class and does not guarantee selection for that course.

Current 6th/Rising 7th - Junior Leadership Corps

Current 7th/Rising 8th - Junior Leadership Corps and Visual Arts I & II

Carnegie Connections Courses - Open to Qualified Students Only:

Current 6th/Rising 7th - Foreign Language Carnegie (2 Year Commitment Required)

Current 7th/Rising 8th - CTAE Carnegie (Business or Marketing or Engineering)
